The SHIVASH SALES & SERVICES and our subsidiaries ("we," "us" or "Liklee") are a leading provider of online tools for small businesses to establish and build their web presence, get found in online search, and connect with customers through email marketing, social media, and more. Our brands include Shivash, OnlineKhata, iBigHost And Liklee.

We have a 8-day return policy, which means you have 8 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging & unpacking video is compulsory. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at online@liklee.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At www.liklee.com we intend to make your shopping experience as flawless as possible while selecting and buying your favorite Indian Ethnic wear. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when that is possible and you might feel the need to return your product for any circumstances beyond your or our control. We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Return policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face a problem.

Our Cancellation Policy:

Can I cancel my order after placing an order? 
1. For made to order products you can choose to cancel to ship product, only if it's done within 12 hours of placing it.
2. Your refund will be made to the original payment method in 2-3 working days and a confirmation of same will send to you via Email or SMS
3. Ready to ship orders is not eligible for cancellation as they are already dispatched within 24 hours of the receipts of order.  

Our Friendly Return and Exchange Policy:

Can I Return or Exchange product? 
1. Yes, you can return or exchange your purchase product within 8 days from the day you have received delivery with original condition unboxing video is compulsory, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For Exchange and return confirmation kindly mail or contact us within 24 hour after receiving delivery with product snaps. After that, it will not be accepted.Withouut unboxing video we will not accept any return
2. Returns would not be accepted for including pre-stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse, or any custom stitches products.
3. For return product, you must clarify the reasons
4. Refund will be given in 2-3 working days, after receiving parcel
5. No return or exchange on sale items
   

How Can I return or exchange my Purchase?  If you want to return or exchange your purchase kindly email to us on online@liklee.com or whatsapp us, within 48 hours and our executive will contact you shortly. We are providing easy return policy. As product will deliver to us, we will provide credit / refund against product amount. Refund Time after Return Product Once We Recived your return parcel, after quality & parcel inspection we will refund you by net banking, google pay or paytm in 2-3 working days  

Can I cancel an order after shipped?  As your order shipped from our side we are unable to cancel the order.  

Our Terms and Condition for Cancellation | Return | Exchange:

If we found in our Quality Check Department that the product is worn, washed, used or altered from customer side then, we will not provide any credit amount against that product and no extra charges will barred by us. While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colons, there may be minor 5-10 % variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, whether at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors or accessories ordered. Customers who are ordering items with sequins and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care, this cannot be avoided altogether. Many times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual Beads, Stones and Sequences come off. 4. If the products are not liked by the customer than a customer can return the products back within 15 days of goods received by customer and for the same need to mail on online@liklee.com within 48 hours. In this case to and Fro charges will be barred by customers.
